摘　　要：《三国演义》满文翻译中存在多处存在同一人名前后不一致的情况,且集中连续出现。这说明其并非误译,而是因为满文本由不同译者分段独立译成,后期又缺乏统一校阅,不同译音反映的是译者个人的发音特征。学界在利用该材料进行研究时,应充分考虑作品的内部差异。In the Manchu translation of"Romance of the Three Kingdoms",there are several cases where the same person's name is translated inconsistently.These discrepancies in name translations occur in a concentrated and consecutive manner,which implies that it is not a result of simple mistranslation.Instead,it is because different sections of the Manchu text are independently translated by distinct translators,without unified proofreading in the later stage.The various transliterations mirror the different pronunciation characteristics of the translators.When this material is utilized for research purposes,the academic community ought to consider the internal disparities.
