算法推荐场域下青年政治认同建构

摘　　要：政治认同是政治生活中的重要议题,青年的政治认同关乎着党和国家事业能否薪火相传。算法推荐技术为青年政治认同提供了一个全新的信息场景,算法的精准性、交互性和智能性等特征对于增强青年政治认同具有显著的耦合性。然而,算法推荐技术同时也带来了理性缺位、资本至上、主体遮蔽和去权威性等问题,成为影响青年政治认同形成的风险和隐忧。因此,需要健全算法监管法律法规,加强算法技术伦理监督;坚持主流价值引领算法,促进政治话语转型优化;探索算法融入新模式,强化日常“精准滴灌”;提升青年数字媒介素养,增强青年政治参与能力。Political identity is an important issue in political life,and the political identity of young people is related to whether the cause of the party and the country can be passed on from one generation to the next.Nowadays,algorithmic recommendation technology provides a brand new information scene for youth political identity,and the accuracy,interactivity and intelligence of algorithms have significant coupling to enhance youth political identity.However,algorithmic recommendation technology also brings problems such as the lack of rationality,the supremacy of capital,the obscuring of the subject,and the de-authorization,which have become risks and potential worries in the shaping of youth political identity.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the laws and regulations on algorithm regulation and strengthen the ethical supervision of algorithm technology;adhere to the mainstream value-led algorithm,and promote the transformation and optimization of political discourse;explore new modes of algorithm integration,and strengthen the daily“precise drip irrigation”;and improve the digital media literacy of youth and enhance their ability to participate in politics.
