摘　　要：面向新时代乡村文化振兴的时代任务与人民群众的美好精神生活需求,立足理念观、价值观、保障观的三重维度,能更好明确乡村文化建设的核心观念。新时代乡村文化振兴任务艰巨,面临着人才资源稀少、主体认同危机、文明建设乏力、市场效益低下、治理体系不足等问题。亟须明确乡村文化振兴的建设方略与实践路径,在公共文化培育、产业事业发展、内容产品创新、精神文明引领等方面不断奋进,推动乡村现代化发展和社会主义文化强国建设。Facing the task of revitalizing rural culture in the new era and the people's pursuit of spiritual abundance,based on the three dimensions of philosophy,values and security,this paper clarifies the core concepts of rural culture construction.The tasks of revitalizing rural culture in the new era are arduous,and it is faced with such problems as scarce human resources,identity crisis,weak civilization construction,low market efficiency,and inefficient governance system.It is urgent to clarify the construction strategy and practice path of rural culture revitalization,and make continuous efforts in the aspects of public culture cultivation,industrial development,content product innovation,and spiritual civilization guidance,so as to promote the development of rural modernization and the construction of a strong socialist culture.
