摘　　要：“全球南方”概念的提出和深化实际上与中国的外交理论和实践紧密相连。从“两个中间地带”到“三个世界”的划分,再到“南南合作”和“一带一路”倡议的积极推进,中国始终以“全球南方”国家的身份积极参与国际合作。在新时代,中国倡导的“全球南方”概念与“一带一路”倡议、“全球发展倡议”“人类命运共同体”等密切相关。中国不仅强调亚非拉国家在国际事务中的重要性,还坚持与“全球南方”国家共克时艰,展现了大国的责任与担当。当前,中国应在习近平外交思想的指导下,积极构建“全球南方”共同体,不断完善具有中国特色的大国外交理论体系。实践中,中国将继续以“一带一路”为合作平台,推动全球南北合作,确保“全球南方”国家在国际事务中获得应有的地位和尊重;动员国际社会广泛参与“全球南方”共同体的构建,实现“全球南方”从实践到理论、再从理论回到实践的飞跃,从而彰显中国外交在理论创新与实践推进中动态发展的时代特征,并引领全球治理向着更加平衡、协调、包容的新阶段迈进。The emergence and development of the"Global South"concept are intrinsically linked to China's diplomacy.From the conceptualization of the"Two Intermediate Zones"to the"Three Worlds Theory",and through the active advancement of South-South Cooperation and the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI),China has consistently engaged in international cooperation as a Global South nation.In the new era,China's articulation of the Global South concept is closely integrated with the BRI,the Global Development Initiative(GDI),and the vision of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.China not only emphasizes the significance of Asian,African,and Latin American nations but also demonstrates its responsibilities as a major power.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,China should actively build a Global South community while continuing to refine its distinctive theoretical framework of major power diplomacy.China will continue to utilize the BRI as a cooperation platform to advance Global NorthSouth cooperation,ensuring Global South nations gain rightful status and recognition,aiming to transform the Global South from concept to theory and ultimately to practical reality.
