穴位埋线对单纯性肥胖治疗效果的系统评价

摘　　要：为探讨穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效,通过Meta分析对相关文献进行分析,为其临床应用提供循证依据。检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)、WOS、Cochrane Library等6个数据库中穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的随机对照试验,由2位研究者根据纳入排除标准独立筛选文献并提取资料,对纳入的文献进行质量评价,运用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。检索出1088篇相关文献,最终纳入35篇文献。结果显示:与对照组相比,穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖在治疗的总有效率、降低体重及体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、缩小腰围和臀围方面均优于对照组;在改善腰臀比方面差异无统计学意义。由此可初步证实穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖效果较好。In order to explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point embedded thread in the treatment of simple obesity,relevant literature was analyzed by Meta-analysis to provide evidence for its clinical application.The andomized controlled trials of acupuncture point thread embedding for the treatment of simple obesity were searched from six databases,including CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,CBM,WOS,and Cochrane Library.Lit-erature was independently screened and extracted by two investigators according to the inclusion and exclu-sion criteria,the quality of the included literature was evaluated,and Meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 software.The 1088 relevant papers were retrieved and 35 papers were finally included.The results show that the treatment of simple obesity with acupoint burrowing is superior to the control group in terms of overall effective rate of treatment,reduction of body weight and body mass index(BMI),and reduction of waist and hip circumference.There is no significant difference in improving the waist-hip ratio.From this,preliminary confirmation can be made that acupuncture point buried line treatment exhibit better effect on simple obesity treatment.
