摘　　要：医院文化是医院在长期发展过程中内化于心、外化于行的价值观念和行为认同。在新时期文化建设过程中,需要通过党的建设来引领目标、指明方向。本文基于新时代党建引领公立医院文化建设的内涵及现状,立足于山东省立医院实际情况,积极开展探索与实践,剖析面临问题,为下一步深化党建引领下的公立医院文化体系构建提供思路。Hospital culture represents the values and behavioral recognition internalized and externalized during the long-term development of a hospital.In the new era of cultural development,Party leadership is essential for setting goals and providing direction.Based on the connotation and current status of Party-led hospital culture construction,this study explores practical applications at Shandong Provincial Hospital,analyzes existing challenges,and provides insights for further deepening the Party-led hospital culture system.
