摘 要:针对高硫含量低吸水率煤层硫化氢含量高、吸水性差的问题,通过实验室实验配制出硫化氢吸收能力强、煤体自然吸水率高的硫化氢吸收液,相对于普通碱性溶液,硫化氢穿透时间从98 min提升到420 min、煤体自然吸水率从0.40%提升到0.88%。结合五虎山矿1205综采工作面生产技术条件,开展煤层注水工艺参数试验,在10 MPa注水压力以及橡胶封孔的方式下,有效湿润半径达到3 m以上,由此确定注水压力及布孔位置,保证注水润湿到整个煤层。在注入不同浓度硫化氢吸收液下测试工作面硫化氢涌出情况,结果表明,在0.7%吸收液浓度下,司机处硫化氢治理效率为54.1%,下风侧15 m硫化氢治理效率为55.8%,最为经济适用,也有利于职业卫生。Based on the problem of high hydrogen sulfide content and poor water absorption in coal seams with high sulfur content and low water absorption rate,a hydrogen sulfide absorption solution with strong hydrogen sulfide absorption capacity and high natural water absorption rate of coal was prepared through laboratory experiments. Compared with ordinary alkaline solutions,the penetration time of hydrogen sulfide increased from 98 minutes to 420 minutes and the natural water absorption rate of coal increased from 0.40% to 0.88%. According to the production technology conditions of the 1205 fully mechanized mining face in Wuhushan Mine,water injection process parameter tests for coal seams were carried out. Under the water injection pressure of 10 MPa and a rubber sealing method, the effective wetting radius reached more than 3 m.Thus,the water injection pressure and hole placement were determined,ensuring that the water injection wets the entire coal seam.The hydrogen sulfide emission from the working face was tested using different concentrations of hydrogen sulfide absorption solution. The results showed that at a concentration of 0.7% absorption solution,the hydrogen sulfide treatment efficiency at the driver's side was 54.1%,and the hydrogen sulfide treatment efficiency at a downwind side of 15m was 55.8%,with the most economically applicable.
