摘　　要：口服化疗药物作为新兴药物已广泛应用于临床,然而在长时间、低剂量的接触下,其特殊的毒理效应会对医务人员、医疗垃圾清运人员等职业接触者的健康产生潜在危害。该文就口服化疗药物的暴露途径、职业健康危害、国内外职业接触者对其职业危害的认知和防护水平以及职业防护安全管理现状的研究进展进行综述,以期提高职业接触者对口服化疗药物的职业防护水平,保障个人职业健康安全,为进一步优化医疗机构细胞毒性药物安全管理和完善职业健康安全防治管理体系提供参考。Oral chemotherapeutic drugs have been widely used in clinics as new drugs.However,under prolonged and low-dose exposure,their special toxicological effects can potentially jeopardize the occupational health of occupationally exposed persons such as health care workers and waste handlers.This paper reviews the research progress of the occupational exposure risks of oral chemotherapeutic drugs,the occupationally exposed persons' knowledge and protection level about their occupational hazards,and occupational protection and safety management at home and abroad,with a view to improving the knowledge and protection level of occupationally exposed persons about the occupational hazards of oral chemotherapeutic drugs,safeguarding their occupational health and safety,and providing reference for further optimizing the safety management of clinical cytotoxic drugs and improving the management system of occupational health and safety prevention.
