摘　　要：察罕诺门汗作为明末和清代青海蒙古诸部活佛,历史上拥有差巴拉德(■)即喇嘛旗和广泛的拉德(即教民)部落。察罕诺门汗旗或喇嘛旗的建立,是当时清廷在青海执行隔断蒙藏原有领属关系、区别治理原则下出现的一个特例。清雍正年间平罗卜藏丹津之乱,行《青海善后事宜十三条》和《禁约青海十二事》之规而设置的喇嘛旗,是一种旗制与部落管理性质相结合的行政体制。文章通过对《固始汗授予二世察罕诺门汗依旧管理火牛年(1637年)所献部落的复核印鉴之文告》等一手资料及相关文献的解读和分析,结合实地调研,较为深入地梳理和考究了喇嘛旗的渊源、建立、迁徙,以及北迁的内外因素和曲折过程等。同时还对相关历史人物、事件和地名等进行解读,并且对相关文献记载和论文中的不当之处,进行实证研究并力图进行历史还原。ChaganNomunhan,as the reincarnated lama of the Mongolian tribes in Qinghai during the late Ming and Qing dynasties,owned Khral pa lhasde(Lama Banner)and a wide range of Lhasde(community under jurisdiction of monasteries)tribes in history.The establishment of the ChaganNomunhan Banner or the Lama Banner was a special case that occurred when the Qing court implemented the principle of severing the original subordination to Mongols and differentiating the governance of Tibetan and Mongol tribes in Qinghai at that time.During the Yongzheng reign of the Qing Dynasty,after suppressing the BlobzangbsTan-vdzin Rebellion,the Lama Banner was set up in accordance with the“Thirteen Articleon Post-rebellion Affairs in Qinghai”and the“Twelve Prohibitions in Qinghai”.It was an administrative system integratingthe banner system and tribal administration.By interpreting and analyzing the primary documents such as“The Proclamation ofGushri Khan Conferring the Second ChaganNomunhanwith the Seal for Reexamining the Management of the Tribes Offered in the Yearof Fire-Ox(1637)”and relevant sources,this articledeeply examines and elaborates on the origin,establishment,migrationof the Lama Banner,as well as the internal and external factors and the tortuous process of its northward migration.Meanwhile,it also interprets relevant historical figures,events,and place names.Moreover,it conducts empirical research on the inaccuracies in relevant historical records and papers,striving to restore historical facts.
