摘 要:基于资源基础观和社会网络理论,从供应链网络的视角探讨了企业客户关系对企业数字化转型的影响机制。以2012~2020年中国A股非金融类上市公司为研究样本,实证检验并发现:客户集中度主要通过资源机制、能力机制、信息机制三类机制影响其数字化转型,集中度越低,越有利于其数字化转型。此外,企业在供应链网络中的位置特征对客户集中度与数字化转型之间的关系起到差异化的调节作用,具体而言,企业所处位置越趋近中心,越有助于减弱客户集中度对数字化转型的负向影响。而企业占据的结构洞越丰富,反而会强化客户集中度与数字化转型之间的负向关系。研究结论揭示了企业所处供应链网络对其数字化转型的影响机制,丰富了数字转型前因研究的理论视角。This research examines the influence mechanism of customer relationship on firm’s digital transformation from the perspective of supply chain network,drawing on the resource-based view and social network theory,Based on the data of the top five suppliers and customers disclosed by all A-share listed companies between 2012 to 2020,the empirical results indicate that customer concentration influences firm’s digital transformation through three mechanisms:Resource,capability and information.The lower the customer concentration is,the more conducive it is to the firm’s digital transformation.Moreover,the characteristics of the firm’s network position in the supply chain network differentially moderate the relationship betweencustomer concentration and digital transformation.Specifically,the network centrality weakens the negative main effect,while the structural holes strength-en the negative relationship between customer concentration and digitaltransformation.The research findings reveal the influence mechanism of the supply chain network on the digital transformation of enterprises,and enrich the theoretical perspective of re-search on the antecedents of digital transformation.
