摘 要:绿色创新不仅是企业提高自身市场竞争力的重要引擎,也是中国实现绿色转型的重要途径。本文以沪深A股上市公司为研究对象,探究客户企业绿色创新对焦点企业绿色创新的影响、作用机制及异质性。研究发现客户企业绿色创新存在供应链溢出效应,显著提高了焦点企业绿色创新水平。作用机制分析发现,客户企业绿色创新主要通过议价能力和知识溢出影响焦点企业绿色创新。进一步研究发现,客户企业绿色创新的供应链溢出效应,因供应链关系、客户企业特征和焦点企业特征等横截面差异而存在异质性。研究结论为中国政府制定相关政策和企业实现绿色创新提供有益的参考。Green innovation is not only an important engine for enterprises to improve their market competitiveness,but also an important way for China to realize green transformation.This paper takes Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies as the research object to explore the impact,mechanism and heterogeneity of green innovation of customer enterprises on the green in-novation of focal enterprises.The study finds that there is a supply chain spillover effect of customer firms’green innovation,which significantly improves the level of green innovation of focal firms,and the conclusion still holds after a series of robustness and en-dogeneity tests.The analysis of the mechanism of action reveals that the green innovation of customer firms mainly affects the green innovation of focal firms through bargaining power and knowledge spillovers.Further research finds that the supply chain spillovers of customer firms’green innovation are heterogeneous due to cross-sectional differences in supply chain relationships,customer firm characteristics and focal firm characteristics.The findings provide useful references for the Chinese government to formulate relevant policies and for enterprises to realize green innovation.
