摘　　要：藏北三十九族,亦称霍尔措三十九族,系历史上生活在今西藏东北部39个部落的统称。西藏博物馆藏1700年、1802年、1814年三件铁券文书,是由甘丹颇章地方政权颁布给藏北三十九族之色擦族的档案资料,为首次发现,具有重要的史料价值。文章以藏北三十九族的历史沿革为背景,以藏北三十九族中的“色擦”部族(■)为着眼点,通过对六世达赖喇嘛、八世达赖喇嘛以及摄政七世第穆活佛颁给色擦地区的三件铁券文书的考释解读,以期进一步推进关于藏北三十九族研究向纵深度发展。The Thirty-Nine Tribes of Northern Xizang,also known as the Thirty-Nine Hor Tribes,are a collective name for 39 tribes that historically lived in northeastern Xizang today.The Xizang Museum has collected three iron certificates issued in 1700,1802,and 1814.They are archival materials issued by the dGav ldan pho brang to the Ser tsha tribe of the Thirty-Nine Tribes of Northern Xizang.They are the first discovery of such materials and have important historical value.This article takes the historical evolution of the Thirty-Nine Tribes of Northern Xizang as the background,and the "Ser tsha" tribe among the Thirty-Nine Tribes of Northern Xizang as the focus.Through the interpretation and study of the three iron certificates issued to the Ser tsha area by the Sixth Dalai Lama,the Eighth Dalai Lama,and the Regent Seventh Demo Living Buddha,it is hoped that the research field of the Thirty-Nine Tribes of Northern Xizang will be further promoted in depth.
