摘 要:为了应对土木工程项目中滑坡现象的严峻挑战,提升边坡稳定性,确保施工安全与工程质量,聚焦于探索并优化新型钻头在方桩机械成孔施工工法中的应用。深入探讨并详细介绍新型钻头在方桩机械成孔施工过程中的工艺流程及关键操作要点。研究结果表明:采用基于新型钻头的方桩机械成孔施工工法,在有效支挡滑体滑动力、稳定边坡方面表现出色,与传统工法相比,新型钻头能够显著提高成孔精度与效率,可降低施工成本,减少对环境的影响。研究结果可望为土木工程领域滑坡治理与边坡稳定提供新的技术思路与实践路径,对于提升行业整体技术水平、推动行业可持续发展具有重要意义。In order to address the serious challenges of landslides in civil engineering projects and improve slope stability to ensure construction safety and project quality,this paper focuses on exploring and optimizing the application of a new type of drill bits in the square pile mechanical bored piling construction method.It provides a detailed description of the process and key operation points of the new type of drill bits in the square pile mechanical bored piling construction process.The results show that the square pile mechanical bored piling construction method using the new type of drill bits can effectively resist the sliding force of the slide body and stabilize the slope.Compared with the traditional method,the new type of drill bits significantly improves the hole precision and efficiency,reduces construction costs,and reduces the impact on the environment.It is expected to provide new technical ideas and practical paths for landslide control and slope stabilization in the field of civil engineering,and has important implications for improving the overall technical level of the industry and promoting sustainable development of the industry.
