摘 要:管道运输是世界范围内石油和天然气运输的主要方式之一。本文研究D1422mm X80管道在裂纹驱动力作用下的应变承载能力。结合管道焊接接头结构特征,构建含缺陷管道的三维有限元分析模型,并分析裂纹几何尺寸、载荷条件、材料性能以及裂纹位置对管道极限应变承载能力的影响。研究结果表明:裂纹长度的增加和内压载荷的增大均会降低管道的应变承载能力,且焊缝焊趾裂纹相较于焊缝中心裂纹对管道安全服役的威胁更大。此外,管道应变承载能力随着材料应变硬化指数、焊缝与管道的匹配强度和热区匹配强度的增加而提高。因此在实际工程中,应重点关注焊缝焊趾裂纹的情况,并采取适当的措施提高管道的应变承载能力,以确保管道的安全服役。Pipeline transportation is one of the main modes of oil and gas transportation in the world.In this paper,the strain bearing capacity of D1422mm X80 pipelines under crack driving force is studied.Based on the structural characteristics of welded joint of the pipeline,a three⁃dimensional finite element analysis model of the pipeline with defects is established,the effects of crack size,loading conditions,material properties and crack location on the ultimate strain bearing capacity of pipeline are analyzed.The results show that the increase of crack length and internal pressure load will reduce the strain bearing capacity of the pipeline,and the crack at weld toe is more dangerous than the crack at the Weld Center.In addition,the strain carrying capacity of the pipeline increases with the increase of the strain hardening index,the matching strength between the Weld and the pipeline,and the matching strength in the hot zone.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the weld toe crack and take appropriate measures to improve the strain bearing capacity of the pipeline in order to ensure the safe service of the pipeline.
