摘 要:为探究化学反应热安全检测结果的计量溯源特性,采用对关键性能指标参数计量校准和校准物质整机系统性能验证相结合的方法,研究内容包括:关键性能指标参数(物料温度、夹套温度、物料压力、物料质量、校准加热器电压和电流)的校准结果测量不确定度评定,以及系统性能验证中校准物质的精密度和准确度评估。同时,本文也对化学反应热安全检测的计量溯源性管理要求进行探讨。研究结果表明:该计量溯源方法切实可行,能较好地体现反应量热仪的计量特性和性能指标,进而确保检测结果的准确性。研究结果可为计量机构制定化学反应热安全检测计量规范提供技术支持,为化工产品热安全检测领域实验室开展化学反应量热仪的计量溯源工作提供参考。In order to explore the metrological traceability characteristics of chemical reaction thermal safety testing results,evaluation of measurement uncertainty of material temperature,jacket temperature,material pressure,material quality,calibration heater voltage and current,precision and accuracy evaluation of calibration materials for system performance verification,were studied by the method combining metrological calibration of key performance indicators and system performance verification of calibration materials.Meanwhile,the requirements for metrological traceability management of chemical reaction thermal safety testing were discussed.The results indicate that the metrological traceability method is practical and feasible,which can reflect the metrological characteristics and performance indicators of the reaction calorimeter and ensure the accuracy of the test results.The results can provide technical support for metrology institutions to develop measurement standards for chemical reaction thermal safety testing,and provide reference for the metrological traceability of chemical reaction calorimeter in the field of chemical product thermal safety testing laboratory.
