摘 要:为进一步提高安全生产责任保险(以下简称“安责险”)与危险化学品企业的适用性,提高安责险对企业自身风险及其脆弱性的动态性考虑,并加入信息化程度对企业安全生产管理水平的影响,对现有安责险计算方法进行改进,介绍安责险的基础主险保费组成,探讨企业风险、脆弱性和信息化等级与安责险费率浮动之间的关系,提出安责险保费费率浮动关系模型。在上述基础上,推导出基于企业风险、脆弱性和信息化等级的实际费率浮动模型,并最终获得改进后的安责险计算模型。研究结果表明:通过引入企业风险、脆弱性和信息化分级评估可以进一步提升安责险计算模型的全面性。研究结果可为相关企业从自身经济效益出发,降低风险等级、改善安全状况提供参考。To further enhance the applicability of the Work Safety Liability Insurance(hereinafter referred to as“Safety Liability Insurance”)for hazardous chemical enterprises,and to improve the dynamic consideration of enterprise risks and vulnerabilities in Safety Liability Insurance,as well as to incorporate the impact of the level of informatization on the level of enterprise work safety management,this paper improves the existing calculation method of Safety Liability Insurance.It introduces the composition of the basic main insurance premium of Safety Liability Insurance,discusses the relationship between enterprise risk,vulnerability,the level of informatization and the fluctuation of Safety Liability Insurance rates,proposes a model for the fluctuation of Safety Liability Insurance premium rates,and on this basis,derives an actual rate fluctuation model based on enterprise risk,vulnerability,and the level of informatization.Finally,an improved calculation model for Safety Liability Insurance is obtained.The research results show that the Safety Liability Insurance calculation model proposed in this study can provide references for relevant enterprises to reduce risk levels and improve safety conditions from their own economic benefits.
