应用超声心动图研究心脏功能——肥厚型心肌病患者左室心肌质量和应力改变

摘　　要：对31例观察组,45例对照组按美国超声心动图检查标准测定肥厚型心肌病患者心肌质量和应力指数,结果表明:(1)心肌病组心肌质量(309.5±44.7g)较对照组(203.2±41.4g)显著增加(P<0.01);(2)左室充盈压,心肌病组(17.8±3.2mmHg)亦较对照组(12.2±2.9mmHg)增高(P<0.05)。与此相反,左室壁应力指数,心肌病组(133.7±31.5mmHg),低于对照组(190.6±39.8mmHg)(P<0.01)。The aim of this study was to determine the left ventricular muscle mass and stress index in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM).The survey group comprised 31 cases of HCM,while the control group comprised 45 normal subjects.American echocardiographic examining standard was iadoptedo The results indic,ate that the myocardiac mass in HCM group(309.5±44.79g)is greater than that in the control group(p<0.01),and that the left ventricular filling pressure in HCM group(17.8±3.2mmHg)is higher than that in the control group(12.2±2.9mmHg).By contrast,the mean stress index of the left ventricular wall in the former(133.7±31.5mmHg)is lower than that in the latter group(190.6±39.8mmHg)(p<0.01).It is important to determine the myocardiac mass and stress index for clinical purposes,and echocardiographic method is a dependable resort.
