摘　　要：为缓解老龄化带来的压力,探索三权养老模式,该模式充分利用大学资源,为老年人提供深层次的精神服务,构建大学积极投身养老、助老、爱老的良好模式。文章探讨老年人对三权养老模式参与意愿及其主要影响因素,为养老资源的合理分配提供参考依据。结果表明,老年人对三权养老模式的参与意愿较高,该养老模式市场需求较大,具备推广价值和可行性。In order to alleviate the pressure brought by aging,this paper explores the three-rights pension model.This model makes full use of university resources,provides in-depth spiritual services for the elderly,and builds a good model for universities to actively participate in elderly care,help the elderly,and care for the elderly.This article explores the elderlys willingness to participate in the threeights pension model and its main influencing factors,providing a reference for the reasonable allocation of pension resources.According to the research results,it is found that the elderly are more willing to participate in the three-rights pension model.This pension model has great market demand and has promotion value and feasibility.
