长三角一体化背景下文化与科技的融合创新探究

摘　　要：文化科技创新是文化事业、文化产业数字化的大趋势和关键,探索文化和科技融合的有效机制,加快发展新型文化业态,形成更多新的文化产业增长点。在长三角一体化的背景下,从提高科技赋能文化产业的核心竞争力、加快传统文化业态转型升级、促进“文化+科技”新兴产业形式的创造等方面阐述文化与科技融合创新的价值,而长三角地区的政策、产业链、人才链、资金链等因素成为制约区域文化与科技融合的关键因素,最终从推动科技创新政策体系落地、强化人才和资金要素投入、打造长三角特色区域文化科技产业集群等方面促进区域文化科技融合发展。Cultural science and technology innovation is the general trend and key to the digitalization of cultural undertakings and cultural industries.Exploring effective mechanisms for the integration of culture and technology,accelerate the development of new forms of cultural business and create more new growth areas for the cultural industry.Based on the background of Yangtze River Delta integration,it expounds the value of the integration and innovation of culture and science and technology from the aspects of improving the core competi-tiveness of the cultural industry enabled by science and technology,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional cultural for-mats,and promoting the creation of new industrial forms of“culture+science and technology”.The policy,industrial chain,talent chain,capital chain and other factors in the Yangtze River Delta have become the key factors restricting the integration of regional culture and sci-ence and technology.Finally,it will promote the integrated development of regional culture and science and technology from the aspects of promoting the landing of the scientific and technological innovation policy system,strengthening the investment of talents and capital ele-ments,and building the characteristic regional cultural and technological industrial clusters of the Yangtze River Delta.
