摘 要:鲁迅曾热切地翻译日本新思潮派的历史题材小说,无论是芥川龙之介对旧传说近乎穷尽式的挖掘与支配,还是菊池宽立于材料之外施以冷静客观的审视与取舍,鲁迅对作者处理史料的方式产生了强烈的兴趣与共鸣,并将此种在古代事实中注入新生命的文学形式称为“历史的小说”。在翻译实践的直接影响下,鲁迅将他对“历史的小说”的理解延续至《杨贵妃》的酝酿与《故事新编》的写作,不仅“博考文献,言必有据”,又加入虚实掩映、古今交融之“油滑”,从而实现了对芥川、菊池二氏文艺创作法的融合、改造与超越。Lu Xun was once interested in translating novels with historical themes which were written by Japanese School of New Thoughts.Ryunosuke Akutagawa almost exhaustively explored and controlled the old legends,while Kan Kikuchi stood outside the materials with calm and objective examination and selection.Their methods of handling historical materials aroused Lu Xun’s strong interest in the literary form which injects new life into ancient facts,and Lu Xun named them“historical novels”.Under the direct influence of translation practice,Lu Xun continued his understanding of“historical novels”in Concubine Yang and Old Tales Retold.He extensively searched for ancient documents to provide basis for his novels and used the style of“slickness”,which means concealing reality and unreality,blending ancient and modern times,with the intention to achieve the integration,transformation and transcendence of the literary creation methods of Akutagawa and Kikuchi.
