从《夕阳楼日记》的论争到新月社的创立——重审“泪浪滔滔”事件及其影响

摘　　要：“泪浪滔滔”事件的缘起可追溯到以胡适和郁达夫围绕《夕阳楼日记》为起点的论战,通过梳理背景,推测出该事件发生的可能条件。郭沫若早期敏感冲动的个性气质、忧愁哀婉的创作风格以及留日时期的故居生活,都为其创作《重过旧居》的动机和经过提供了依据。而从徐志摩要求真实自然的文艺观出发,可窥探出其指责“泪浪滔滔”的本意应为批评郭诗“情感富余”的修辞手法和揭露文坛“感伤”作品趋于“滥调”的现象。这场笔墨官司一方面刺激徐志摩创建出能自由表达观点和实现其文化志向的“新月社”,另一方面也促使包括徐志摩在内的前期“新月”诗人对新文学“情感横决”而“无节制”的浪漫主义和感伤主义进行反思与纠偏。The origin of the incident of“Tears and Waves”can be traced back to the polemical battle between Hu Shi and Yu Dafu around the Diary of the Sunset House,and the probable conditions for the occurrence of the incident can be inferred by sorting out the background of the pen battle.Guo Moruo’s sensitive and impulsive personality temperament,his sorrowful and elegiac cre-ative style,and his life in his hometown during his stay in Japan provide the basis for his motivation and process of composing Re-visiting Old House.And from Xu Zhimo’s view of literature and art,which demanded truthfulness and naturalness,it can be detect-ed that Xu Zhimo’s accusation of the“Waves of Tears”should have been a critique of Guo’s poem.Xu Zhimo’s accusation of“Waves of Tears”was intended to criticise Guo’s rhetorical technique of“emotional surplus”and to expose the phenomenon of“sentimental”works tending to be“abusive”in the literary world.The impact of the lawsuit,on the one hand,stimulated Xu Zhimo to create the Crescent Society,which enables him to freely express his views and realise his cultural ambitions;on the other hand,it also prompted the former“Crescent”poets,including Xu Zhimo,to express their views on the new literature.
