施用油橄榄果渣有机肥对辣椒品质及产量的影响

摘  要:为了验证油橄榄渣有机肥对辣椒品质、产量和经济效益的影响,在甘肃省陇南市武都祥宇油橄榄生态园开展试验。结果表明,在辣椒上施用油橄榄果渣有机肥,辣椒的株高、茎粗、果实外观品质均有提高;且随着油橄榄果渣有机肥施肥比例的增加,辣椒果实中各品质鉴别指标均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,其中在辣椒的不同生长期,17种氨基酸含量因种类不同而呈现不同的变化趋势,总体来看呈先增长后下降的趋势。油橄榄果渣有机肥料和化肥对辣椒产量均有不同程度的提升,产量较空白组提高7.61%~13.02%,产值提高0.24%~0.55%,经济效益明显。In order to verify the effect of olive residue organic fertilizer on pepper quality,yield and economic benefit,the experiment was carried out in Wudu Xiangyu olive ecological garden in Longnan City of Gansu province.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter and fruit appearance quality of capsicum increased when the organic fertilizer of olive pomace was applied on the capsicum,in the different growth period of pepper,the contents of 17 kinds of amino acids caused the variety to have the different change tendency,on the whole,it had a tendency to increase first and then decrease.The yield of pepper was increased by 7.61%~13.02%and the output value was increased by 0.24%~0.55%compared with the blank group.
