摘　　要：人民群众对营养与安全食品日益增长的需求和现代食物营养健康产业的发展为高等学校食品营养与健康相关专业人才的培养带来了新的机遇与挑战。通过对复合型食品营养与健康人才需求的紧迫性、“农+”多学科交叉融合的食品营养与健康复合型人才培养路径的现实意义进行阐释,从课程建设、师资队伍培养、实践实训平台建设等方面提出“农+”学科交叉融合培养食品营养与健康复合型人才的创新性路径。People's growing demand for nutrition and safe food and the development of modern food nutrition and health industry have brought new opportunities and challenges to the training of food nutrition and health related professionals in colleges and universities.In this paper,the urgency of the demand for compound food nutrition and health talents and the practical significance of the training path of“agriculture+”multidisciplinary cross-integration of food nutrition and health compound talents were explained.And this paper put forward the innovative path of“agriculture+”interdisciplinary integration to cultivate interdisciplinary talents of food nutrition and health from the aspects of curriculum construction,teaching staff training and practical training platform construction.
