摘　　要：“益肾通督升阳”法是基于“肾-督-髓”生理、病理体系总结而成的,用于髓病的一种疗效显著的针灸治疗方法。髓病,顾名思义病位在髓,又与五脏六腑的物质基础与功能存在十分紧密的联系,其病因复杂多样,病机虚实夹杂,证候真假难辨,传变路径多样,预后往往不良。髓病之根在肾精亏虚,髓病之本在元阳衰减,髓病之标在督脉阻滞,临床上独创“益肾通督升阳”法指导针灸治疗,意在补益肾精,通畅督脉,生发阳气,对髓病具有益其根,补其本,祛其标,复其用的良好功效,故而特此探讨分析。“YishentongDu Shengyang”method is based on the physiological and pathological system of“kidney-dupulp”,which is an effective acupuncture treatment method for pulp diseases.Pulp disease,as the name suggests,is located in the pulp and is closely related to the material basis and function of the viscera and the viscera.Its etiology is complex and diverse,its pathogenesis is mixed with deficiency and deficiency,the true and false syndromes are difficult to distinguish,and the paths of transmission are diverse,so the prognosis is often poor.The root of pulp disease is the deficiency of kidney essence,the root of pulp disease is the attenuation of Yuan Yang,and the standard of pulp disease is the blockage of Du pulse.The original“Yishen-Tongdu Shengyang”method to guide acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is intended to tonify kidney essence,smooth Du pulse,and produce Yang qi,which has good effects on pulp disease,supplementing its root,removing its standard and reapplying it.Therefore,we hereby discuss and analyze.
