构建科学完备的中华民族共同体理论体系:结构内涵、时代需求与实践导向

摘　　要：构建科学完备的中华民族共同体理论体系是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的必然要求。中华民族共同体理论体系兼具政治性和学术性,具有为中华民族共同体的历史发展与现实建设提供核心理论支撑,以及建构中华民族共同体自主知识体系的双重功能定位,表现为以指导思想体系为核心、以理论研究体系为支撑、以资源要素体系为外延的圈层结构框架。以西方民族理论为标尺的不适用性和理论研究匹配时代发展的不充分性,共同制约当前中华民族共同体理论体系建设成效。在新时代新征程上构建中华民族共同体理论体系,应当实现科学性与完备性的有机统一。加强中华民族共同体理论体系建设,要运用科学理论和完备知识对内对外讲清、讲好、讲透中华民族故事,坚持“大历史观”和“大时代观”,夯实中华民族共同体理论体系的圈层结构,不断强化面向中华民族共同体的系统性、原创性理论供给能力,将理论体系的理论资源优势转化为各族人民坚定理论认同的实践优势。构建科学完备的中华民族共同体理论体系,应当准确把握并适应党的民族工作新的阶段性特征,正确处理好共同性与差异性、自主创新与观照世界、“等不得”与“急不得”三对矛盾关系。Constructing a scientific and comprehensive theoretical system for the community of the Chinese nation is an inevitable requirement for consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.This theoretical system is both political and academic,possessing the dual functional orientations of providing core theoretical support for the historical development and real-world construction of the community of the Chinese nation,as well as constructing an autonomous knowledge system for the same.It manifests as a layered structural framework centered on an ideological guiding system,supported by a theoretical research system,and extended by a resource element system.The inapplicability of using Western ethnic theories as a benchmark and the inadequacy of theoretical research in keeping pace with the development of the times jointly constrain the effectiveness of the current construction of the theoretical system for the community of the Chinese nation.In the new era and on the new journey of constructing the theoretical system for the community of the Chinese nation,an organic unity of scientificity and comprehensiveness should be achieved.To strengthen the construction of this theoretical system,it is necessary to use scientific theories and comprehensive knowledge to clearly,effectively and thoroughly tell the story of the Chinese nation both domestically and internationally.By adhering to a“grand historical perspective”and a“grand era perspective”,we should consolidate the layered structure of the theoretical system for the community of the Chinese nation,continuously enhance the systematic and original theoretical supply capacity oriented towards the community,and transform the theoretical resource advantages of the system into practical advantages for the firm theoretical identification of all ethnic groups.To construct a scientific and comprehensive theoretical system for the community of the Chinese nation,it is essential to accurately grasp and adapt to the new phased characteristics of the Par
