摘　　要：In 2024,a new round of deepening and upgrading actions of state-owned enterprise reform was officially launched.In the case of the valuation disadvantage of listed companies controlled by central enterprises and the investment value to be further explored,paying attention to market performance,enhancing market recognition and promoting value realization has become an important way to promote their high-quality development.By examining the history of China's capital market development,relevant policy guidelines,and academic research findings,this article offers a more comprehensive and indepth understanding of value management.
