摘　　要：作为监狱卫生生活保障体系的重要内容之一,人犯沐浴问题在近代逐渐受到时人关注。监狱中不仅普遍修建了浴室,而且规定了人犯定期沐浴的办法,既保证了人犯的身体健康,也维护了整个监狱的卫生文明形象。当然,近代监狱中的人犯沐浴问题在具体实践中仍存在一些弊端,包括沐浴条件有限、对一些传染性疾病防范不够等。然而,瑕不掩瑜,近代监狱中人犯沐浴条件的改善仍是主流,值得肯定。As one of the important contents of health life guarantee system in prisons,the bathing problem of prisoners has gradually attracted people's attention in modern times.Bathrooms are built in prisons,and ways of regular bathing for prisoners are also stipulated,which not only ensures the health of prisoners,but also maintains the image of a hygienic and civilized prison.Of course,there are still some disadvantages in bathing practice in modern prisons,including limited bathing conditions and inadequate prevention from infectious disease.However,flaws do not outweigh the benefits in that the improvement of bathing conditions for prisoners in modern prisons is still the mainstream,which is worthy of affirmation.
