摘　　要：针对780DP-420LA激光拼焊板前纵梁的回弹问题,采用AutoForm分析了拉深回弹、修边回弹和整形回弹,研究了每道工序回弹数值及回弹区域的不同点,最后采用回弹补偿的方法对模面进行了改进,使用改进后的模面验证了CAE回弹分析所标定的正常区域和异常区域,并根据测量报告对模具进行了整改,最终成形合格零件,验证了整个工艺过程的正确性,所获得的技术方案具有参考价值。Aiming at the springback problem of the front side member of the 780DP-420LA laser tailor-welded blank,AutoForm was used to analyze the drawing springback,trimming springback and sizing springback,and the springback value and the difference of the springback area of each process were studied.The springback compensation method was used to improve the die part profiles,the improved die part profiles was used to verify the normal area and abnormal area calibrated by CAE springback analysis,and the die was rectified according to the measurement report,and the qualified parts were finally produced,and the correctness of the whole process was verified.
