摘　　要：对感载比例阀支架进行工艺分析,根据零件的使用性能及装配要求,确定了合理的冲压工艺,并阐述了工艺设计要点以及一次性成形模的结构特征。经过生产验证,工艺设计合理,零件成形质量稳定,在保证零件性能要求的同时,有效降低了生产成本。The process analysis of the bracket of load proportional valve was carried out,according to the performance and assembly requirements of the parts,the reasonable stamping process was determined,and the key points of process design and the structural features of the one-time forming die were expounded.After production verification,the process design was reasonable,the forming quality of the parts was stable,and the production cost was reduced while ensuring the performance requirements of the parts.
