摘 要:针对汽车风口叶片饰条的结构特点和外观要求,在Moldflow软件的辅助和以往经验的基础上,对浇注系统、抽芯机构等进行针对性的设计和优化。浇注系统总长度尽量设计短,以减少压力损失,浇口尺寸设计尽量大,使浇口废料凝固时间晚于塑件凝固时间。抽芯机构避免设计在分型面上,减少模具零件加工精度不足带来的分型面飞边和段差问题。经大批量生产验证,模具运行稳定,塑件合格率高,可为同类塑件的模具开发提供参考。According to the structural characteristics and appearance requirements of the trim strip of automotive air port blade,the gating system and core-pulling mechanism were designed and optimized based on Moldflow software and previous experiences.The total length of the gating system should be designed as short as possible to reduce pressure loss,and the size of the gate should be designed as large as possible,so that the solidification time of the gate waste was later than that of the plastic parts.The core pulling mechanism should avoid designing on the parting level to reduce the problems of flash and segment gap caused by insufficient machining accuracy.After mass production verification,the mould ran stably and the qualified rate of plastic parts was high,which could provide references for the mould development of similar plastic parts.
