摘  要:针对扫地机器人面盖内部倒扣成型困难的问题,模具采用哈夫滑块先完成塑件外形脱模,然后使用5根斜推杆内侧抽芯机构完成内部倒扣脱模,最后利用二次推出机构推出塑件。模具结构解决了在狭小空间内冷却水路和斜推杆易干涉的问题,结构可靠,实用性好,生产效率较高,实现了塑件的大批量生产。In view of the difficulty of moulding the inner fastener of the sweeping robot face cover,the shape demoulding of the plastic part was completed by half sliders,and then the inner fastener was completed by inner side core-pulling mechanism with five inclined ejector pin,and finally the plastic part was ejected by secondary ejection mechanism.The mould design solved the problem that the cooling waterways and many inclined ejector pins were easy to interfere in a narrow space,and its structure was reliable,the practicability was good,the production efficiency was high,and the mass production of plastic parts was realized.
