摘 要:低膨胀堇青石陶瓷是一种具有低热膨胀系数、优良耐急冷急热性能的功能陶瓷,由于其自身优异的抗热震性,因而被广泛应用于各行各业。笔者以堇青石、锂辉石、烧滑石为主要原料,研究了高铝原料、色料、烧结温度等对于瓷砖的热膨胀系数的影响。结果表明:低膨胀陶瓷在最高烧成温度1225℃,烧成时间50 min下烧结时,坯料配方中锂辉石和堇青石的加入量为55%时,坯体热膨胀系数为2.5×10^(-6)/℃(40~600℃);提高坯体中的铝含量,当以堇青石为铝源提高Al2O3至28%时,坯体的热膨胀系数能进一步降至2.07×10^(-6)/℃(40~600℃);坯体中加入不同色料,坯体的热膨胀系数都略有增加。Low-expansion cordierite ceramics are functional ceramics with low expansion coefficient and excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating.Due to their excellent thermal vibration resistance,they are widely used in various industries.This article uses cordierite,spodumene,and fired talc as the main raw materials to explore the effects of high alumina raw materials,pigments,sintering temperature,etc.on the expansion coefficient.The results show that low-expansion ceramic can be sintered at 1225℃for 50 minutes.When the addition amount of spodumene and cordierite in the blank formulation is 55%,the thermal expansion coefficient of the blank is 2.5×10^(-6)/℃(40-600℃);increase the aluminum content in the green body,when the cordierite is used as the aluminum source to increase Al_(2)O_(3) to 28%,the expansion coefficient of the green body can be further reduced to 2.07×10^(-6)/℃(40-600℃);Adding different color materials to the green body,the expansion coefficient of the green body is slightly increased.
