摘 要:中国现代陶艺概念模糊、文化身份缺失等问题,导致中国在传统陶瓷领域的主导地位与现代陶艺的认知发生冲突,面临许多发展和学术定位的问题。笔者探讨了现代陶艺区别于其他艺术门类的本质性问题,梳理了西方与日本现代陶艺发展之路,比较中国社会独特的现代化进程下现代陶艺发展与西方和日本的差异,还探讨了现代陶艺发展的诸多误区对概念确立造成的负面影响,总结了因概念羸弱而导致的发展问题。中国陶艺人需不断地完善知识储备,构建有益于艺术发展的理论体系,敏锐捕捉传统与现代的生命力,以推动中国现代陶艺的创造力。China's modern ceramics concept is ambiguous, the lack of cultural identity and other problems, resulting in a conflict between China's dominant position in the field of traditional ceramics and the perception of modern ceramics, and facing many problems of development and academic orientation. This paper discusses the essential issues that distinguish modern ceramics from other art disciplines, combs through the path of development of modern ceramics in the West and Japan, compares the differences between the development of modern ceramics and that of the West and Japan under the unique modernization process of Chinese society, and also explores the negative impact of the many misunderstandings in the development of modern ceramics on the establishment of the concept, and sums up the developmental problems that have arisen due to the conceptual wonkiness. Chinese ceramic artists need to continuously improve their knowledge base, build a theoretical system that is beneficial to the development of art, and keenly capture the vitality of tradition and modernity in order to promote the creativity of modern ceramics in China.
