摘  要:本文聚焦于小探头超声内窥镜(mEUS)关键部件的设计优化及性能提升,通过优化探头(12MHz和20MHz)、粘接治具设计及精密加工技术,实现了高频高分辨率与低频深穿透能力的有机结合。研究表明,本文所设计的双频探头能够兼顾浅表与深层组织的精准成像,粘接治具则显著提高了探头的制造精度和稳定性。此外,系统引入智能化操作和图像处理技术,进一步提升了图像清晰度和诊断准确性。本研究为超声内窥镜的技术进步与临床应用提供了新的思路与方法,推动了消化道疾病早期诊断与治疗水平的提升。This study focuses on the design optimization and performance improvement of key components of small probe ultrasound endoscope(mEUS),realizing the organic combination of high frequency high resolution and low frequency deep penetration by optimizing probe(12 MHz and 20 MHz),high adhesion design and precision machining technology.The study shows that the dualfrequency probe designed in this paper can balance the accurate imaging of superficial and deep tissue,and the adhesive device significantly improves the manufacturing accuracy and stability of the probe.In addition,the system introduces intelligent operation and image processing technology to further improve the image clarity and diagnostic accuracy.This study provides new ideas and methods for the technical progress and clinical application of ultrasound endoscopy,and promotes the improvement of the early diagnosis and treatment level of digestive tract diseases.
