摘  要:本文论述了材料的变化对计算机仪表精度长期稳定的影响。随着对这些传感器的精确度和持久稳定性研究的不断加深,人们认识到材料尺寸的不稳定性是造成精度退化的关键因素。本文以常见的计算机传感器组件材料为对象,从材料科学的角度全面回顾了微观瑕疵、第二相颗粒、晶体结构和纹理、内在应力以及环境条件如何影响材料的尺寸稳定性。同时,也探讨了如何基于材料的固有属性来提升传感器的长期精度稳定性,并对计算机传感器的材料和制造工艺的未来发展进行了展望。Research on Communication and Digital Control of Mechanical Instrumentation Equipment.With the continuous deepening of research on the accuracy and durability of these sensors,people have realized that the instability of material size is a key factor causing accuracy degradation.This article takes common computer sensor component materials as the object and comprehensively reviews from the perspective of materials science how micro defects,second phase particles,crystal structure and texture,internal stress,and environmental conditions affect the dimensional stability of materials.At the same time,it also explores how to improve the long-term accuracy and stability of sensors based on the inherent properties of materials,and looks forward to the future development of materials and manufacturing processes for computer sensors.
