摘 要:为解决环网柜微弱电压信号检测难题,提出基于远距离无线电(Long Range Radio,LoRa)的检测系统。采用模块化设计,包含4个核心模块。μV级弱信号采集与调理模块利用高灵敏度单元感知微弱电压,经放大、滤波及抗干扰处理,由能量收集模块转换电能。高精度数字化与同步模块以24位模拟数字转换器(Analog-to-Digital Converter,ADC)等实现信号数字化与相位同步。相位分析运算与无线通信模块分析相位关系并传输数据。智能应用与分析模块集成图形处理器(Graphic Processing Unit,GPU)及智能算法,可判别状态、诊断故障、评估风险与预测趋势。实验显示,系统检测灵敏度为0.15μV,相位精度高、抗干扰性强、功耗低,在宽温湿度范围内性能稳定,可有效提升无人远控操作安全性,助力智能电网发展。To solve the problem of detecting weak voltage signals in ring main units,a detection system based on Long Range Radio(LoRa)is proposed.Adopting modular design,including 4 core modules.TheμV level weak signal acquisition and conditioning module uses a high-sensitivity unit to sense weak voltages,which are amplified,filtered,and anti-interference processed.The energy harvesting module converts electrical energy.The high-precision digitization and synchronization module uses a 24 bits Analog-to-Digital Converter(ADC)to achieve signal digitization and phase synchronization.Phase analysis operation and wireless communication module analyze the phase relationship and transmit data.The intelligent application and analysis module integrates a Graphic Processing Unit(GPU)and intelligent algorithms,which can distinguish states,diagnose faults,evaluate risks,and predict trends.Experiments have shown that the system has a detection sensitivity of 0.15μV,high phase accuracy,strong anti-interference ability,low power consumption,stable performance over a wide temperature and humidity range,effectively improving the safety of unmanned remote control operations and promoting the development of smart grids.
