摘 要:平陆运河作为西部陆海新通道的骨干工程,建设安全、可靠、稳定的运河骨干信息通信网络,实现向海通道无线网络全覆盖,提升沿河信息交互带宽和容量,对运河全段航道智能管理、船舶安全航行起到至关重要的作用。同时,平陆运河基础通信建设规划可推动运河沿岸数字乡村建设,优化升级乡村信息网络基础设施,加快乡村传统基础设施数字化改造。结合平陆运河的实际情况,研究平陆运河沿线基础通信建设规划。Pinglu canal,as the backbone project of the new land and sea channel in the west,has played a vital role in the intelligent management of the whole channel of the canal and the safe navigation of ships by building a safe,reliable and stable information communication network,realizing full coverage of the wireless network of the sea channel and improving the bandwidth and capacity of information interaction along the river.At the same time,the basic communication construction planning of Pinglu canal can promote the construction of digital villages along the canal,optimize and upgrade the rural information network infrastructure,and accelerate the digital transformation of traditional rural infrastructure.Based on the actual situation of Pinglu canal,this paper studies the basic communication construction planning along Pinglu canal.
