摘  要:传统的核电厂安全级DCS输入通道试验(T1试验)方法为手动执行,试验数据需手动计算和判定,存在效率低、易出错等缺点。为提升T1试验的测试效率和结果准确性,基于PXI平台标准化模块和嵌入式技术,并结合NASPIC平台特性开发一套便携式的T1试验装置,实现输入通道精度和可用性的自动测试。该装置已在NASPIC平台某安全级DCS产品上进行了验证,实现了T1试验自动化测试。此装置的应用大幅提升了试验效率及数据分析的便捷性,可为其他平台T1试验实现自动化测试提供一定参考。The traditional method of nuclear power plant safety-class DCS input channel test(T1 test)is performed manually,and the test data need to be calculated and determined manually,which has shortcomings such as low efficiency and error-prone.In order to improve the testing efficiency and results accuracy of T1 test,a portable T1 test device is developed based on standardised modules and embedded technology of the PXI platform and combined with the features of the NASPIC platform to realise the automatic test of the input channel accuracy and usability.The device has been verified on a safety-class DCS product on NASPIC platform,realising automated T1 test.The application of this device greatly improves the test efficiency and the convenience of data analysis,and can provide some reference for other platforms to achieve automated T1 test.
