摘　　要：本文探讨了计算机网络通信技术中常见的通信故障及其处理策略;首先,分析了硬件设备故障(包括线路故障、端口故障、模块故障)和软件设备系统故障(包括交换机故障、配置故障、密码故障);其次,针对这些故障,提出了硬件设备故障处理方案和软件系统故障处理策略。这些策略的实施,可以提升计算机网络通信技术的稳定性和安全性,为相关技术人员提供有益的参考。This paper discusses the common communication faults and their handling strategies in computer network communication technology.Firstly,it analyzes the hardware device failures(including line failures,port failures,and module failures)and software device system failures(including switch failures,configuration failures,and password failures).Secondly,it proposes hardware device failure handling solutions and software system failure handling strategies for these failures.Through the implementation of these measures,the stability and security of computer network communication technology can be improved,providing useful reference for relevant technical personnel.
