摘 要:招聘工作是高职院校实施人才战略的关键环节。随着信息化技术的迅猛发展,高职院校开始使用人事招聘系统来提升传统招聘流程,从而优化人事部门的日常工作环节,提质增效。文章分析了学校现有招聘系统在招聘人员运行过程中存在的短板,从简历投递、关键信息汇总呈现、应聘进度查询等三个环节入手,对招聘系统建设提出了切实可行的优化措施和设计方案,以推动高职院校招聘管理数字化转型。Recruitment is a key link in the implementation of talent strategy in higher vocational colleges and universities.With the rapid development of information technology,higher vocational colleges and universities have begun to use personnel recruitment system to enhance the traditional recruitment process,so as to optimize the daily work of the personnel department links,improve quality and efficiency.The article analyzes the shortcomings of the school’s existing recruitment system in the process of recruiting personnel operation,and proposes practical optimization measures and design solutions for the construction of the recruitment system to promote the digital transformation of the recruitment management of higher vocational colleges and universities,starting from the three links of resume delivery,summary presentation of key information,and inquiry of the progress of the application.
