中小型企业网络安全问题及其解决方案研究

摘　　要：在数字化浪潮下,常州市中小型企业网络安全问题凸显。针对高级持续性威胁(Advanced Persistent Threat,APT)攻击、数据保护漏洞及员工意识淡薄等困境,文章提出了一种综合解决方案。以常州鼎盛电子公司为样本,经内外攻击模拟测试,实施后一年内未发生重大安全事件,且员工意识显著增强,从而证实了该方案的有效性。同时,该方案为企业和政府提供了技术升级、法规扶持等建议,以助力其他企业加强网络安全建设。Under the wave of digitalization,the network security issues of small and medium-sized enterprises in Changzhou have become prominent.Faced with challenges such as advanced persistent threat(APT)attacks,data protection vulnerabilities,and weak employee awareness,this article proposes a comprehensive solution.Taking Changzhou Dingsheng Electronics Company as a sample,after conducting internal and external attack simulation tests,there were no major security incidents within one year after implementation,and employee awareness significantly increased,confirming the effectiveness of the plan.At the same time,the program provides advice on technological upgrades and regulatory support for enterprises and governments to help other enterprises strengthen their cybersecurity.
