央企智能化环境中的人机协调性优化策略研究

摘　　要：央企在智能化转型过程中,面临着技术复杂性增加、信息处理速度提升、安全性与伦理考量等挑战。针对央企智能化环境的现状,需要进行任务分配和角色定位、建立智能系统应用与反馈机制、考量安全性与伦理、进行员工技能提升与培训、实施保障与效果评估。通过这些措施,央企能够有效推进人机协调性优化,促进智能化环境下的可持续发展。In the process of intelligent transformation,central enterprises face challenges such as increased technological complexity,increased information processing speed,and security and ethical considerations.In view of the current situation of the intelligent environment of central enterprises,it is necessary to carry out task allocation and role positioning,establish an intelligent system application and feedback mechanism,consider security and ethics,carry out employee skill enhancement and training,and implement safeguards and effect evaluation.Through these measures,central enterprises can effectively promote the optimization of human-computer coordination and promote sustainable development in an intelligent environment.
