摘　　要：如今,商场人流量大,如何准确有效地分析客流一直是个难题。文章通过对商场客流的特点、数据获取方式及现存问题的研究,提出了基于人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)视觉识别的商场客流分析系统。该系统能够通过摄像头采集非人体敏感特征并利用跨境重识别检测来检测进出商场的顾客,从而实现对客流量的统计和分析。Nowadays,there are a large number of people in shopping malls,so it has always been a difficult problem to accurately and effectively analyze the passenger flow.Through the research on the characteristics of shopping mall passenger flow,data acquisition methods and existing problems,the paper proposes a shopping mall passenger flow analysis system based on artificial intelligence(AI)visual recognition.The system can collect non human sensitive features through the camera and use cross-border re identification detection to detect customers entering and leaving the mall,so as to realize the statistics and analysis of passenger flow.
