如意去痛方治疗痛风性关节炎湿热藴结型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察如意去痛方治疗痛风性关节炎(GA)的疗效。方法:62例随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。治疗组予如意去痛方,对照组予洛索洛芬钠分散片。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),中医症状积分和UA水平治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),ESR指标治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),CRP及关节滑膜厚度治疗后2个月及3个月治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:如意去痛方治疗GA湿热蕴结证可减轻疼痛、改善临床症状,降低实验室指标,疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Ruyi Qutong Decoction in the treatment of gouty arthritis(GA).Methods:Sixty-two cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Ruyi Qutong Decoction,while the control group were treated with Loxoprofen Sodium Dispersible Tablets.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score and UA level of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ESR index of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CRP and joint synovial thickness of the treatment group were better than those of the control group 2 months and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ruyi Qutong Decoction could reduce pain,improve clinical symptoms,reduce laboratory indicators,and has a good effect in the treatment of GA damp-heat accumulation syndrome.
