手法复位小夹板固定配合桃红接骨胶囊治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察手法复位小夹板固定配合桃红接骨胶囊治疗Colles骨折的疗效。方法:60例按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各30例。两组均用常规手法复位小夹板固定治疗,治疗组加用桃红接骨胶囊。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组手腕消肿时间与骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位小夹板固定配合桃红接骨胶囊治疗Colles骨折可缩短骨折愈合时间、改善疼痛、肿胀症状、提高腕关节功能。Objective:To observe the curative effect of manipulative reduction and small splint fixation combined with Taohong Jiegu Capsule in the treatment of Colles fracture.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional manipulative reduction and small splint fixation,and the treatment group was treated with Taohong Jiegu Capsule.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wrist swelling time and fracture healing time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manual reduction and small splint fixation combined with Taohong Jiegu Capsule in the treatment of Colles fracture could shorten the healing time of fracture,improve the symptoms of pain and swelling,and improve the function of wrist joint.
