通督地黄汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症肾虚血瘀型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通督地黄汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,观察组予以通督地黄汤治疗,对照组予以塞来昔布胶囊、甲钴胺片和洛索洛芬凝胶膏治疗。结果:治疗后两组ODI、VAS评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组降低幅度比对照组大(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组白介素-6和血沉指标下降,且观察组下降幅度比对照组大(P<0.05)。结论:通督地黄汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症肾虚血瘀型效果优于常规西医治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongdu Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with Tongdu Dihuang Decoction,while the control group were treated with Celecoxib Capsules,Mecobalamin Tablets and Loxoprofen Gel Ointment.Results:After treatment,the ODI and VAS scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the two groups decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Tongdu Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with kidney deficiency and blood stasis is better than that of conventional western medicine.
