加味益气聪明汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征脾虚湿盛型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味益气聪明汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)脾虚湿盛型的效果。方法:72例随机分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组给予四神汤治疗,观察组给予加味益气聪明汤治疗。结果:治疗后两组脑肠肽指标(NT、VIP、SP)、肠屏障功能指标(D-乳酸、IFABP)、酵母菌、肠球菌水平及中医证候积分(腹痛、神疲倦怠、大便溏泄)均降低且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌计数升高且观察组高于对照组。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味益气聪明汤治疗IBS-D脾虚湿盛型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Yiqi Congming Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with spleen deficiency with dampness excess type.Methods:Seventy-two cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Sishen Decoction,while the observation group were treated with modified Yiqi Congming Decoction.Results:After treatment,the levels of brain-gut peptide(NT,VIP,SP),intestinal barrier function(D-lactic acid,IFABP),yeast,enterococcus and TCM syndrome scores(abdominal pain,lassitude,loose stool)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The counts of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Yiqi Congming Decoction is effective in the treatment of IBS-D with spleen deficiency with dampness excess type.
