藿朴夏苓汤加味联合肤痔清软膏治疗肛周湿疹湿热浸淫型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察藿朴夏苓汤加味联合肤痔清软膏治疗肛周湿疹湿热浸淫型的疗效。方法:60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均用肤痔清软膏外涂,观察组加服藿朴夏苓汤,对照组加服氯雷他定片,疗程均为14d。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组皮损面积、皮损形态评分低于对照组(P<0.05),皮肤病生活质量指数评分(DLQI)、嗜酸性粒细胞水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论:藿朴夏苓汤联合肤痔清软膏治疗肛周湿疹湿热浸淫型能够缓解症状及过敏反应,改善机体免疫功能。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Huopu Xialing Decoction combined with Fuzhiqing Ointment in the treatment of perianal eczema with damp-heat immersion type.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Fuzhiqing ointment.The observation group were treated with Huopu Xialing Decoction,while the control group were treated with Loratadine Tablets.The course of treatment was 14 days.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion area and skin lesion morphology score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the skin disease quality of life index score(DLQI)and eosinophil level were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Discussion:Huopu Xialing Decoction combined with Fuzhiqing Ointment could relieve symptoms and allergic reactions and improve immune function in the treatment of perianal eczema with damp-heat immersion type.
