调气通便汤结合艾灸治疗功能性便秘气滞证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察调气通便汤结合艾灸治疗功能性便秘气滞证的疗效。方法:70例随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,观察组给予调气通便汤及艾灸神阙穴治疗,对照组口服乳果糖口服液治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中医症状积分、生活质量评分(PAC-QOL)、复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调气通便汤结合艾灸治疗功能性便秘气滞证疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Tiaoqi Tongbian Decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of functional constipation with qi stagnation syndrome.Methods:Seventy cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with Tiaoqi Tongbian Decoction and moxibustion at Shenque point,while the control group were treated with Lactulose Oral Liquid.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score,quality of life score(PAC-QOL)and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaoqi Tongbian Decoction combined with moxibustion is effective in the treatment of functional constipation with qi stagnation syndrome.
