清燥养肺方联合硫酸羟基氯喹治疗干燥综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清燥养肺方联合硫酸羟基氯喹治疗干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为对照组和试验组各30例,两组均用硫酸羟基氯喹治疗,试验组加用清燥养肺方治疗。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组唾液流量及泪液分泌量增加(P<0.05)而且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组五心烦热、口咽干燥、舌干燥裂、双目干涩、大便干燥中医证候积分下降(P<0.05),血清炎症指标ESR、CRP、Ig G水平下降(P<0.05),Th1相关细胞因子IL-2、IFN、TNF-α及Th2相关细胞因子IL-4、IL-6、IL-10血清水平下降(P<0.05)而且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清燥养肺方联合硫酸羟基氯喹治疗干燥综合征阴虚燥热型可提高疗效,改善症状,降低炎症水平,且能调节Th1/Th2免疫失衡。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingzao Yangfei Decoction combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate,and the experimental group were treated with Qingzao Yangfei Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the saliva flow and tear secretion of the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of five upset heat,dry oropharyngeal,dry tongue,dry eyes and dry stool in the two groups decreased(P<0.05).The levels of serum inflammatory indexes ESR,CRP and IgG decreased(P<0.05).The serum levels of Th1-related cytokines IL-2,IFN,TNF-αand Th2-related cytokines IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingzao Yangfei Decoction combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate could improve the curative effect,improve the symptoms,reduce the level of inflammation,and regulate Th1/Th2 immune imbalance in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome with Yin deficiency and dryness-heat type.
